1) Tranopy / Zip line Tour
A cascading waterfall, giant rainforest trees and panoramic views of the ocean are all part of the ride at the Pacific Rain Forest Aerial Tram. The ride on the Pacific Tram takes about 30 minutes to travel into the heart of a mixed climate rain forest. The 210-acre private reserve is a transitional area between the drier climate of the northwest and the more humid climate of the southern coast. During the tram ride, a professional naturalist guide will point out some of the secrets of the primary and secondary rainforest that sounds you.
After exploring the rainforest on our famous aerial tramway, take flight on our exciting canopy zip-line adventure. Feel the rush of adrenaline as you zip along ten cables – five of which are over 650 feet long! Stretching an impressive 1,035 feet through the rainforest, our fifth cable is the longest. Experience over a mile of high flying adventure in the tree tops as you enjoy views of a rich rainforest ecosystem thriving high above the forest floor.
Your visit to the Rain Forest also includes a walking tour of our Heliconias Flower Gallery, Medical Plants Garden, or exciting Snake Exhibit. It's the ultimate Rainforest experience!

3) Manuel Antonio National Park
Enjoy a day at the beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park, widely considered to be one of the most beautiful in Costa Rica. In addition to its beautiful white-sand beaches, the park is also home to many forms of wildlife including various species of monkeys, sloths and birds to name a few.
After being picked up at the Best Western, it is about a 90 minute ride to Manuel Antonio during which time your English-speaking guide will teach you about some of the places you will be traveling through on your way to the park. Once at the park, your guide will take you along the main trail and help you find various species of wildlife that make their home in the park. You guide will also be equipped with a telescope that will help you get a better view of the various animals you will come across as they are sometimes hiding way up in the treetops.
As you make your way along the trail, you will ultimately come to the beautiful Playa Manuel Antonio where you will have plenty of time to relax on the beach, swim or go for a hike. There are plenty of monkeys who like to hang out in the trees along to beach, so should you decide to go for a swim, remember to keep an eye on your belongings as they love to "monkey around."

4) Crocodile Boat Cruise
The Tarcoles River is home to one of the largest populations of American crocodiles in the world. Some of these reptiles here are as big as 18 feet. Taking a boat ride through the mangrove swamp is a great way to see these prehistoric creatures up close and personal!!! They haven't changed much in 200 million years. Your guide for this adventure, the "Crocodile Man", is crazy. But he will show you where and how they live, how they raise their young... and how they eat. He will then exit the boat to feed them by hand!!! That's the crazy part. Depending on the time of year, he may find some baby crocs, for you to hold. You'll also see many species only found in the mangrove swamp eco-system. Egrets, herons, spoonbills, ospreys, as well as monkeys and sloths are usually seen on these tours. It's a cool half day excursion.
Price: $40
Includes: 1hr 45min Tour on Comfortable and Secure Boat, Bilingual Guide, Spectacular Crocodile Man Show, Complementary Bottle of Water, RT Transportation from Hotel
